Events: for a permitted public event in the City of San Diego, the County guideline used on permit applications is one toilet for every 250 people at peak attendance, with at least 10% of units accessible. For a comfortable private event, plan closer to one unit per 50–75 guests for a four-hour event, and add units if alcohol is served or the event runs longer.
